Welcome to Happy Times Child Development Center, My name is Maria Sauceda I am the proud founder of the Happy Times Development Programs. I started these programs in 2008 in order to provide quality and reliable care for my own children. I ambitioned my children to grow in a warm, secure, nurturing, fun and clean environment. My Name is Maria Sauceda and I have worked in the child development field for over 25 years. I first started my career in the child Development field in 1992. I currently hold a Child Development Site Supervisor Permit and a Preschool Teaching Permit in California. I’m very passionate about working with children and providing them an environment where they feel loved, nurtured and safe. My husband and I are the proud parents of three wonderful boys.
Belen Esteban
Director
Hi, my name is Belen Esteban. I am the Site Director here at Happy Times Child Development Center. I have
worked in the child development field for over 25 years. I started my career as a teacher. I then moved up to master teacher for an infant toddler program and have now been a site director for the past 8 years. I have been with Happy Times for the last 4 of those years. I have enjoyed my child development career and have worked in both state funded as well as private programs. I am married and have 3 boys, one in high school and 2 in middle school. I am looking forward to working with you and your child here at Happy Times.

background, extensive training and experience to meet and exceed the State requirements for
