Happy Times Child Development Center serves infant, preschool and school age. Enrollment shall be open to any child, provided the center can meet the needs of the child. All Children shall be placed in a safe, nurturing and learning environment in which classmates are of the same age. Happy Times CDC, is a privately owned facility; licensed by the state of California. Happy Times Child Development Center provides equal treatment and access to services without regards to race, color, creed, sex, or national origin. All enrollment forms and all age appropriate immunizations must be on file the first day of attendance. A physician’s report within 30 days of enrollment
